How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery within the EU is 3–5 working days from our warehouse, and 1–2 working days with express. Orders to the United Kingdom take 4–7 working days. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw, without giving a reason. Unopened items are refunded in full, including the standard delivery you paid. Email us and we will send a returns label and instructions.
Do I pay customs or import duty?
Not within the EU — orders ship from our European warehouse, so there is nothing extra to pay on arrival. Orders to the United Kingdom are shipped with duties handled up front, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
Is there a warranty on the devices?
Every device carries the two-year legal guarantee required across the EU, and six years in the United Kingdom. Keep your order confirmation — it is all we need to process a claim.
What is PV and does it matter to me?
PV stands for point value. It only matters if you are an Independent Business Owner, where it counts towards your monthly qualification. As a customer you can safely ignore it — it never changes what you pay.
How do I become an Independent Business Owner?
Start on the market and buyer-type page, where the differences between a customer account and an IBO account are set out side by side. Read the income disclosure before you decide — earnings are not guaranteed and depend entirely on your own sales activity.
How do I recycle a device or its battery?
Under EU and UK rules we take back old electrical products and batteries free of charge. Email us and we will arrange collection or give you the nearest drop-off point. Never put a device or its battery in household waste.
